New Orleans Jazz

The New Orleans Jazz are an American professional basketball team based in New Orleans. The Jazz compete in the National Basketball Association as a member of the South Central Division of the Western Conference. The team plays its home games at the Smoothie King Center. The team was formerly known as the New Orleans Pelicans until Utah Jazz ownership decided to let the Jazz have their name back in 2024 and rebrand as the Utah Raptors after Toronto rebranded as the Huskies.  All parties agreed the team names were now where they were supposed to be.
